Transparency in Coverage

Health plan price transparency is intended to help patients (consumers) better understand the cost of a covered item or service before receiving care. Effective, July 1, 2022, new Federal regulations require LINECO to begin posting pricing information for covered medical items and services. This pricing information will allow technology organizations to develop tools and mobile applications with the ultimate intent of assisting our members.

Since LINECO utilizes BlueCross BlueShield as our PPO Network carrier, the machine readable files (MRF) are hosted by BlueCross BlueShield. Click below to be redirected to our machine readable files:
