TruHearing Effective 1/1/2026, the Plan partners with TruHearing for all your hearing needs. You can get FREE hearing exams and hearing aids by calling TruHearing at or visiting Summary of Benefits.

Hearing exam, tests and hearing devices are paid at 100% when coordinated thru TruHearing. Hearing aids may be replaced every 3 years for adults and every 2 years for children.

Note: If you do NOT use TruHearing, only 80% will be covered up to a maximum of $1,250 per ear every 3 years (60 months) for adults and every 2 years (24 months) for children. LINECO strongly encourages you to coordinate your hearing exam and hearing aids through TruHearing. Regardless, all hearing claims should be filed directly to TruHearing.
