COVID-19 Vaccines

LINECO will cover at 100% the COVID-19 Vaccines recently approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for Emergency Use Authorization (EUA). The Federal Government previously purchased these vaccines and LINECO will cover the administration of these vaccines at 100% benefit. There is no cost to eligible members and their eligible dependents covered by the Fund. Any LINECO member receiving an FDA approved COVID-19 vaccine should not be billed or receive a balance due from the provider of service. The three (3) vaccines currently approved by the FDA are the Moderna, Pfizer-BioNTech and Johnson and Johnson vaccines.

There is currently much variation at the State and County level as to the vaccine supply available to essential workers, such as many LINECO members.
