Benefit Levels

Predictability

During this current COVID-19 surge, we understand At Home Testing Kit demand may exceed supply. Express Scripts, along with their retail pharmacy partners are working closely to ensure kits are available.

We strongly caution against ordering TESTING KITS from the internet or non-reputable online pharmacies. By mandate, LINECO is only allowed to reimburse up to $12 for non-participating pharmacy / supplier At Home Test(s).*

USE CAUTION in purchasing COVID-19 At Home Test Kits outside your pharmacy benefit as your costs may not be fully reimbursed by LINECO / Express Scripts. Additionally, it is not uncommon for fraudulent entities to use government mandates to create deceptive practices / price gouging.

To Receive FREE At Home COVID-19 Test(s), please visit a participating network pharmacy. They can be located by visiting express-scripts.com.

*Non-Participating Pharmacy /suppliers are only allowed to be reimbursed at $12 per test per Federal government guidelines
