Prescription Drug Programs

If this Plan is secondary to any other plan that provides coverage for prescription drugs, the person for whom Lineco is secondary cannot use Lineco's Prescription Drug Programs. They must instead follow the rules of the primary plan and then file a claim with Lineco for any balance. To do this, submit the itemized drug receipt and the primary plan's explanation of benefits (EOB) to the Lineco Fund Office. The claim will processed under the provisions of the Comprehensive Benefit.
